According to the legislation in force you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return the ordered products.

If the reason for return is due to product defects or delivery errors (products have not been delivered as ordered), please contact us and we will arrange for them to be collected at our expense.

If you do not wish to communicate the reason for the return, the costs will be borne by you.

Reimbursement will be made according to the invoice received following the order.

1. Ornatus Design SRL will accept as return products which:

• are in their original packaging (unopened) and are not damaged and do not show signs of wear and tear, i.e. in the condition in which they were delivered to the Customer;
• are not in the original packaging (this category includes products that are returned in the original packaging, but the packaging is open) and show only signs of handling, necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the products when they were unpacked and assembled.

The website ornatus.ro is operated by Ornatus Design SRL, with headquarters in jud. Maramureș, com. Giulești, village Giulești, nr. 409, with CUI 24963644, registered in the Trade Register under number J24/50/2009.

Our company is a personal data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR). According to the Regulation, Ornatus Design SRL (ornatus.ro) is obliged to manage in secure conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data you provide us with.

The legal basis for the processing is your consent.

Your personal data are processed at the company’s point of work. Hosting and storage of your data take place on the territory of Romania.

Your data will not be transmitted to any other entity by our company and will not be subject to automated decision-making.

We will store your information only as long as necessary to complete your order. Based on a request sent to Ornatus Design SRL (ornatus.ro) by email at contact@ornatus.ro you can ask us to delete or anonymize your data. If you request deletion of data before finalizing the order, you assume the risk of its failure.

Any personal data that we hold for marketing purposes we will keep until such time as you notify us that you no longer wish to receive these communications.

Online payment processing and transaction confirmation is done through the Stripe electronic payment system. When you click the “Buy” button, you will be redirected to the Stripe page. In fulfilling its obligations derived from the Regulation, Stripe shall endeavour to implement appropriate technical and organizational measures so that the processing complies with the requirements laid down in the Regulation and ensures the protection of the data subject’s rights. Delivery of ordered products will be made by a fast courier service. The data shared with the courier service are: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number in order to deliver the ordered products, to resolve any requests/complaints you may have during delivery.
